Who We Are

Who We Are

Thyne Berglund & Co. is a special assets resolution firm. Our work sits at the intersection of commercial real estate credit, capital structure, and collateral: distressed and non-performing positions, assets requiring restructuring or repositioning, and transactions whose complexity exceeds conventional channels.

The principals bring more than 50 years of combined experience as attorneys and executives in commercial real estate transactions, secured lending, loan workouts, real property and UCC enforcement, receiverships, and bankruptcy restructuring. We have resolved hundreds of millions of dollars in complex commercial workouts.
